EXPERTSShavano Park residents get involved in the community and voice your opinion. Tomorrow 6:30 pm will be a Planning and Zoning commission meeting located at City Hall.

Discussion / action – Possible approval of Final Plat of Subdivision Plat Napier Park Unit-3 (Planned Unit Development), a 4.0 acre tract of land out of that 289.5 acre tract described in deed to Rogers Shavano Park Unit 18/19, LTD.

Public Hearing – The purpose of the public hearing is to receive comments from members of the public regarding proposed amendments to the City of Shavano Park Code of Ordinances, Chapter 24 – Signs, regarding banner signs, monument signs and allowed signage in residential and business zoning districts.

Discussion / action – Possible amendments to the City of Shavano Park Code of Ordinances, Chapter 24 – Signs, regarding banner signs, monument signs and allowed signage in residential and business zoning 2 districts.
