September 7th Meeting Shavano Park Planning and Zoning Commission

The City Council welcomes “Shavano Park Real Estate Citizens to be Heard.” Planning and Zoning Commission meeting Wednesday, September 7th, 2016 scheduled at 6:30 p.m. at 900 Saddletree Court, Shavano Park City Council Chambers.

Summary of agenda below:

• Proposed changes to the City’s sign ordinance in accordance with a recent Supreme Court ruling
• Proposed amendments to Chapter 6 and Chapter 36 regarding accessory buildings, outbuildings, and portable buildings
• Amending plat of Shavano Park Unit 19A, Phase I Commercial to revise name of existing street from Collins Circle to Pond Hill Road
• Report / update – City Council items considered at previous City Council meetings and discussions
